Processing takes 3-5 business days. Standard shipping for smaller home goods typically arrives within 5-7 business days, while larger furniture pieces may take 2-4 weeks depending on your location and the selected freight carrier.
Do you offer white-glove delivery service?
Yes, we offer white-glove delivery for an additional fee on select furniture items within the tri-state area. This includes inside delivery, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
Smaller home accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Due to the nature of our curated collection, all furniture sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Most of our new furniture pieces come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects. Please note that vintage or 'as-is' items are excluded from standard warranties.
Can I see the items in person before purchasing?
Absolutely. You can visit our showroom in New York City to view our current collection. We recommend contacting us ahead of time to confirm if a specific piece is currently on the floor.
